This notice explains how the WayCaptain marketing website, operated by DeltaOperations, handles information. It does not describe the separate WayCaptain software service or any customer’s delivery data.

Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, company, email address, driver-count range, message, and optional phone number. Do not submit delivery records, sensitive personal information, or passwords.

Why we collect it

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand your operational needs, and arrange a demonstration. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

Hosting and form processing

The website and inquiry endpoint run on Cloudflare Pages. Submitted inquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare processes request information to deliver and protect the website. Its infrastructure may process information outside your province or country.

Preferences and spam prevention

An essential language-preference cookie remembers your explicit English or French selection for up to one year. Approximate country and province information provided by Cloudflare selects a first-visit language; no precise location is requested. Spam controls use a short-lived verification token and a hashed network identifier. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile also processes verification information. No advertising or analytics trackers are installed by this website.

Retention and requests

DeltaOperations must confirm and publish its inquiry-retention period and designated privacy contact. Until those details are confirmed, you can identify a privacy, access, correction, or deletion request in the website inquiry form. Do not include identity documents in your initial request. Rate-limit identifiers expire from use after their hourly window; maintenance removes old records.

The privacy officer’s contact details, retention and deletion procedures, cross-border assessment, and jurisdiction-specific obligations require company and legal review. No certifications, statutory guarantees, or unverified legal compliance claims are made here.
